KANIKA SABA MACKEREL FILLET is a variation of frozen seafood that is selected by Kanika due to its great texture and wonderful taste that speaks premium for itself. Saba is a type of mackerel that is known for its rich, oily taste and health benefits whereby it is high in protein, vitamins, minerals, and the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. In Japan, it is enjoyed in so many different ways, from raw (sashimi) to canned. However, DO TAKE NOTE THAT THIS VARIATION CANNOT BE EATEN RAW.
