Garden Greens With Sesame Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 pc red bell pepper sliced
- 1 pc yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 pc cucumber sliced
- 1/2 pc red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Start by washing and drying the romaine lettuce. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Next, slice the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and add them to the bowl.
- Next, slice the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and add them to the bowl.
- Toast the sliced almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant. Be sure to stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Once the almonds are toasted, add them to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle Kanika Sesame Salad Dressing over the salad to taste. Toss the salad well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Serve the salad immediately and enjoy!
